Acquisition & Traffic Specialist

Remote | Full-Time

If your entire acquisition strategy is “run more Meta ads,” this probably isn't your job.

We’re looking for someone who thinks bigger than an ad account.

Someone who looks at a growth goal and starts asking:

Who are we trying to reach?

Where are those people already paying attention?

What’s the smartest way to get in front of them?

Where are we sending them?

What happens after they click?

What is it costing us to acquire them?

And what should we test next?

The Wealthy Practitioner is hiring an Acquisition & Traffic Specialist to help build the next stage of our customer acquisition engine.

Yes, you’ll run paid media.

You’ll be hands-on inside Meta.

You’ll work with Google.

You’ll build campaigns, manage budgets, test audiences, analyze creative, and optimize performance.

But if that’s where your thinking stops, this isn’t the role.

We’re looking for someone who understands traffic.

Paid. Search. YouTube. Spotify. Content. Retargeting. Emerging channels. New opportunities we haven’t even considered yet.

You don’t have to believe we should use all of them.

You need to be the person who can tell us which ones are worth testing and why.

This Is Strategy + Execution

We don’t want a strategist who creates a beautiful acquisition plan and hands it to someone else to execute.

And we don’t want a media buyer who waits for someone else to tell them exactly what campaign to build next.

We need both.

You should be able to sit with our Director of Brand & Growth, understand the growth objective, develop the acquisition approach—and then open the platform and actually build it.

You’ll think.

You’ll execute.

You’ll analyze.

You’ll adjust.

And then you’ll come back with the next recommendation.

If your ideal role is being handed an audience, budget, creative, campaign structure, and instructions for exactly what to do with them, this probably won’t be a fit.

We want the person who helps determine those things.

What You're Walking Into

The Wealthy Practitioner serves ambitious health and wellness practitioners who want to build more profitable, scalable businesses.

We’re a fast-moving, founder-led company with an established audience, multiple offers, live campaigns, launches, events, evergreen opportunities, a growing content ecosystem, and ambitious growth goals.

We’re not starting from zero.

We’re also not pretending our acquisition engine is finished.

That’s the opportunity.

There are existing funnels to optimize.

Historical campaign data to dig through.

Creative winners to identify.

Audiences to understand better.

Paid acquisition to improve.

Search opportunities to explore.

Content we could distribute more intelligently.

Channels we haven’t fully leveraged.

And probably opportunities sitting right in front of us that we haven’t recognized yet.

We want you to find them.

What You'll Actually Do

You’ll own the day-to-day health and evolution of TWP’s acquisition engine.

That starts with hands-on paid acquisition.

You’ll personally build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google, while evaluating other channels based on the opportunity.

You’ll manage audiences, targeting, budgets, placements, campaign structures, and testing plans.

You’ll know what we’re spending.

You’ll know what’s working.

You’ll know what’s not.

And you’ll know more than the blended number at the top of the dashboard.

You’ll dig into campaign-level, audience-level, channel-level, and creative-level performance so we can make actual decisions from the data.

But your job doesn’t stop inside Ads Manager.

We Want Someone Obsessed With Traffic

Maybe our next opportunity is Google Search.

Maybe it’s YouTube.

Maybe our best-performing organic content should become paid creative.

Maybe there’s a Spotify opportunity.

Maybe there’s an SEO or content-distribution play we’re overlooking.

Maybe the answer is absolutely none of those things and we should put more money behind the funnel that’s already converting.

Great.

Tell us why.

We’re not interested in adding channels just so we can say we’re omnichannel.

We’re interested in finding the most effective ways to put the right people into TWP’s ecosystem.

You’ll identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, run tests, analyze the results, and tell us whether something deserves more investment.

You'll Think Beyond the Click

Cheap traffic doesn’t impress us if it doesn’t turn into quality customers.

A low CPL isn’t automatically a win.

A pretty ROAS number isn’t particularly useful if the attribution is wrong.

You need to understand the entire journey:

Ad → Click → Landing Page → Lead → Customer → Revenue

You’ll work with our Campaign, Brand & Growth, Content, and Sales teams to understand what happens downstream.

Are the leads actually qualified?

Are they converting?

Is Sales seeing a difference between traffic sources?

Is the funnel the problem—or is the traffic?

Is the creative wrong for the audience?

Are we optimizing for the wrong thing?

We want someone who can look at those questions and investigate them.

Creative Matters Here

You don’t need to be our graphic designer or video editor.

You absolutely need to understand why creative performs.

You’ll look at hooks, messaging, concepts, formats, audiences, and performance patterns.

You’ll work with our creative team to say:

We need more of this.

This hook is working.

This audience isn’t responding to this message.

We’re seeing fatigue here.

This organic piece is getting insane engagement—let’s test it.

Here’s the next creative hypothesis.

We don’t want “please send me five new ads.”

We want someone who can explain what we need to test and why.

You're Probably Our Person If...

You are equal parts strategist and operator.

You genuinely enjoy being inside the platforms—but you don’t need to live there all day to feel productive.

You understand Meta deeply, but you don’t believe Meta is synonymous with acquisition.

You understand Google and search intent.

You’re curious about new channels without chasing every shiny object.

You understand funnels and customer journeys.

You can look at acquisition data and find the story inside it.

You’re comfortable managing meaningful budgets because you understand that every dollar should have a reason behind it.

You test intentionally.

You know the difference between a hypothesis and randomly changing things until performance improves.

And one of your strongest instincts is:

“What should we do next?”

This Role Is Probably NOT for You If...

You’re primarily a Meta Ads Manager looking for another Meta Ads account.

You need someone else to create the acquisition strategy before you can execute.

You prefer strategy but don’t want to personally build and manage campaigns.

Your reporting stops at spend, leads, CPA, and blended ROAS.

You optimize almost entirely from inside the ad platform without understanding what happens to the lead afterward.

You test things because “we should probably try it” without establishing what you’re trying to learn.

Or you wait for leadership to bring you new traffic opportunities instead of proactively looking for them.

Those aren’t necessarily bad ways to work.

They’re just not what we’re hiring for.

What We're Looking For

You have 3+ years of hands-on digital acquisition, performance marketing, media buying, traffic generation, or comparable growth marketing experience.

You have personally managed meaningful paid media budgets.

You have strong, hands-on Meta Ads experience.

You also have demonstrated Google Ads and search acquisition experience.

You’ve developed acquisition strategies—not simply executed someone else’s.

You understand creative testing, audience testing, campaign optimization, scaling, funnels, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion.

You understand attribution and UTMs and know enough to question the data when the numbers don’t make sense.

You’re comfortable connecting platform performance to CRM, Sales, and revenue outcomes.

And you’ve demonstrated an ability to find acquisition opportunities outside a single advertising platform.

Experience with YouTube, Spotify, GoHighLevel, SEO, content distribution, direct-response marketing, coaching/education businesses, events, digital products, or other acquisition channels is a major plus.

What Success Looks Like

We know where our traffic is coming from.

We know what it costs.

We know which audiences are responding.

We know which creative is performing.

We know which traffic is actually creating quality customers.

Our testing has a purpose.

Our reporting tells us something useful.

Our budget follows performance and opportunity—not habit.

Winning campaigns get scaled.

Losing campaigns don’t quietly burn money.

New channels get tested because there’s a reason to test them.

And leadership isn’t constantly asking:

“What else could we be doing?”

Because you’re already bringing those opportunities to the table.

Why TWP

We’re building a much more sophisticated growth engine at The Wealthy Practitioner.

And this role gets to help build it.

You won’t inherit a perfectly polished acquisition machine where your job is to keep everything exactly the way it is.

We don’t want that person anyway.

We want someone who sees possibility in the mess.

Someone who gets excited by data.

Someone who wants enough ownership to say, “I think we’re leaving money on the table here, and here’s what I want to test.”

Someone who can challenge an assumption with data, execute the alternative, and tell us what we learned.

And someone who wants to build an acquisition engine that becomes more diversified, more measurable, and more scalable every quarter.

If you’re already thinking about all the places our next customer might be hiding—

we want to hear from you.
