Automation Specialist (Notion, GoHighLevel, N8N, AI)

Role Overview
You are the automation and systems owner behind our internal operations.
Your job is to make Notion, GoHighLevel, N8N, Zapier, and AI models work together as one cohesive system that drives execution without leadership managing the day-to-day.
You already operate at a high level in these tools. We are not training or onboarding you into them. You are expected to execute quickly and independently.
What You’ll Own
- build and maintain automations using N8N, Zapier, and Make
- design internal systems in Notion (databases, workflows, dashboards)
- build and optimize workflows inside GoHighLevel
- integrate ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into automation flows
- eliminate manual processes and system friction
- test, document, and maintain reliable systems
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
You must have hands-on, production experience with:
- Notion (advanced systems, not personal task lists)
- GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, campaigns)
- N8N (or deep Make/Zapier experience with logic-heavy flows)
- Zapier / Make (multi-step, conditional automations)
- AI tools and models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
We are not teaching these tools. We are hiring someone who already knows them.

- leadership no longer managing tools or automations
Compensation
Hourly contractor role. Rate depends on experience and demonstrated capability.
