Campaign Manager

Remote | Full-Time

You know that moment when a campaign goes live and everything just... works?

The landing page is right.

The form works.

The tags fire.

The emails and texts go out when they’re supposed to.

Every link has been tested. Every owner knows what they’re responsible for. Sales knows what’s coming. The team isn’t scrambling for a checkout link 20 minutes before launch.

And nobody is asking, “Wait… who was supposed to do that?”

If creating that kind of order is deeply satisfying to you, we should probably talk.

The Wealthy Practitioner is hiring a Campaign Manager to own the execution engine behind our marketing campaigns.

We move fast. We run launches, challenges, masterclasses, events, evergreen initiatives, promotional campaigns, and new growth experiments throughout the year.

We have plenty of ideas.

What we need is the person who can take an approved strategy and turn it into a campaign that is organized, built, tested, launched, and continuously evaluated for performance.

Because getting a campaign live is only half the job.

You also need to understand enough about marketing to recognize when something isn’t working—and help figure out why.

First Things First: You Need to Know GoHighLevel

And when we say know it, we mean actually know it.

This is a hands-on role.

You should be comfortable opening GoHighLevel (GHL) and personally building, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting the infrastructure required to run a campaign.

We’re talking:

Landing pages. Forms. Calendars. Funnels. Workflows. Automations. Email. SMS. Tags. Triggers. Segmentation. Checkout links. Promotional codes. Customer journeys.

You don’t need to be a developer or our company-wide GHL architect.

But if a workflow isn’t firing correctly, your first instinct should be to open GHL and figure out why—not create a task for someone else to investigate it.

Prior hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required for this position.

If you’ve managed campaigns that used GHL but someone else did all the building inside the platform, this isn’t the right seat.

You Also Need to Understand Marketing—Not Just Manage It

This distinction is equally important.

You are not just managing the pieces of a marketing campaign.

You need to understand how those pieces work together and why they convert.

You should have a strong understanding of internet and direct-response marketing fundamentals, including offers, positioning, copy, messaging, funnels, traffic, conversion, email and SMS, and customer journeys.

If registrations are lower than expected, you shouldn’t stop at:

“Everything is built correctly.”

You should start asking:

Is the offer compelling?

Is the positioning right?

Is the copy connecting with the audience?

Is there a disconnect between the traffic and the landing page?

Is the funnel creating unnecessary friction?

Is the CTA clear and strong?

Are we targeting the right audience?

Is the follow-up sequence doing its job?

Is there a technical problem—or is this actually a marketing problem?

You won’t independently own TWP’s overall marketing strategy. That’s not this role.

But you do need enough marketing depth to recognize when something isn’t working, form an intelligent point of view about why, and bring recommendations to the Director of Brand & Growth.

We don’t want someone who says:

“Everything was delivered on time and all the automations worked, so my job is done.”

If the campaign isn’t converting, we expect you to care about why.

What You're Walking Into

TWP is a fast-growing coaching and education company serving health and wellness practitioners.

Our Brand & Growth team is responsible for the strategy behind how we grow.

Your job is to make sure that strategy actually gets executed—and help us understand how the campaign is performing once it does.

Once a campaign direction is approved, you become the execution owner.

You’ll take the strategy and turn it into the complete project plan.

You’ll figure out what needs to happen, who needs to do it, what depends on what, when everything needs to be finished, and what could prevent us from hitting the launch date.

You’ll build and manage the campaign inside ClickUp.

You’ll work directly inside GoHighLevel.

You’ll coordinate copy, creative, tech, Acquisition, Sales, Client Experience, Events, and other contributors.

You’ll test the entire customer journey.

You’ll monitor what happens once the campaign is live.

And you’ll be the person who can confidently say:

It’s built. It’s tested. We’re ready to go live. And we know what we’re watching once it does.

What You'll Own

You’ll manage campaigns from kickoff through closeout.

That means building campaign timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deadlines—and then actively driving them forward.

You’ll keep contributors accountable, surface blockers early, chase down missing pieces, and make sure unclear ownership doesn’t quietly turn into a missed deadline.

You’ll own the campaign infrastructure inside GoHighLevel, including building and managing the workflows, automations, pages, forms, emails, SMS, tags, triggers, segmentation, links, and campaign pathways required to execute the strategy.

And then you’ll test it.

Not just whether someone marked the task complete.

Whether it actually works.

You’ll walk through campaigns from the customer’s perspective and make sure the right things happen at the right time.

What happens when someone registers?

What happens if they don’t?

Did the tag fire?

Did the workflow trigger?

Did they get the right email?

Did Sales receive the lead?

Does the checkout link work?

Does the next step make sense?

If something breaks, you’ll either fix it or get it in front of the right person quickly enough that it doesn’t become a launch-day emergency.

And Once We Launch, You're Still Paying Attention

Campaign execution doesn’t end when we hit publish.

You’ll partner with the Director of Brand & Growth and the rest of the marketing team to monitor campaign performance and identify where improvement may be needed.

You should understand the difference between a campaign that was executed correctly and a campaign that is actually performing.

If performance misses expectations, you’ll help diagnose where the breakdown may be.

Execution?

Technology?

Traffic?

Offer?

Positioning?

Messaging?

Copy?

Conversion?

Follow-up?

You aren’t expected to personally own every solution.

You are expected to understand marketing well enough to identify likely problems, ask intelligent questions, bring the right people into the conversation, and help drive the campaign toward improvement.

You're Probably Our Person If...

You’re the person who sees a big idea and immediately starts figuring out how all the pieces fit together.

You’re highly organized, but you’re not just an organizer.

You execute.

You can manage people, timelines, dependencies, and details while still understanding how the campaign functions as a whole.

You have a strong understanding of internet marketing and direct-response fundamentals—offers, positioning, copy, messaging, funnels, traffic, conversion, email/SMS, customer journeys, and how those pieces work together.

You can distinguish between an execution problem, technical problem, traffic problem, offer problem, copy problem, and conversion problem—and you know when to bring the right people together to solve it.

You don’t need to be the copywriter, media buyer, or Director of Brand & Growth.

But you understand their work well enough to recognize when something isn’t working and contribute intelligently to the solution.

And you’re genuinely comfortable inside GoHighLevel.

You’ve personally built things in it.

You know enough to recognize when something isn’t configured correctly, and you don’t panic when you have to troubleshoot.

You notice the broken link.

You ask what happens after the form submission.

You realize nobody built the reminder sequence.

You catch that Sales doesn’t know where the leads are going.

You notice when the messaging on the landing page doesn’t match the campaign.

You question why registrations are down instead of assuming traffic is the problem.

And you address those things before they become bigger problems.

This Role Is Probably NOT for You If...

Your strength is primarily project management and you’d rather leave marketing decisions entirely to someone else.

You’ve used another CRM and assume you’ll “pick up GHL quickly.”

You’ve managed people who worked in GHL but haven’t personally built inside it.

You can execute a marketing plan but don’t really understand offers, funnels, copy, positioning, traffic, or conversion.

You need every task fully defined before you can move forward.

You consider your job complete once everyone else’s tasks are marked complete.

You consider a campaign successful simply because it launched on time.

Or you thrive on creative ideation but hate project plans, QA, documentation, data, and follow-through.

Those are all valuable skill sets.

They’re just not this job.

What We're Looking For

You have 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing project management, launch management, or a comparable execution-focused marketing role.

You have demonstrated, hands-on GoHighLevel experience. Candidates without prior hands-on GHL experience will not be considered.

You’ve personally worked with GHL workflows, automations, email/SMS campaigns, forms, funnels, landing pages, tags, triggers, and related campaign infrastructure.

You have demonstrated experience working inside performance-driven internet marketing campaigns and understand the fundamentals of offers, positioning, direct-response copy, funnels, conversion, traffic, email/SMS, and customer journeys.

You can look beyond project completion and evaluate whether the campaign itself is performing—and identify likely areas for improvement when it isn’t.

You’ve managed multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from planning through execution and closeout.

You know how to manage multiple contributors, deadlines, and dependencies without losing the details.

You’re an exceptional communicator and comfortable holding people accountable.

And when something is unclear, missing, broken, or underperforming, you don’t wait for someone else to notice.

You figure out what needs to happen next.

Experience with ClickUp, direct-response marketing, launches, challenges, webinars/masterclasses, live events, online education, coaching, memberships, digital products, paid acquisition, or funnel optimization is a strong plus.

What Success Looks Like

Campaigns launch on time and are actively evaluated after they launch.

The team knows exactly what they own.

Deadlines and dependencies are visible.

GoHighLevel is built correctly.

Automations fire.

Links work.

Customer journeys make sense.

Sales and Client Experience receive clean handoffs.

Problems are caught during QA instead of by customers.

Performance is monitored.

When something isn’t converting, we’re not blindly guessing why.

You help identify whether we’re dealing with an execution, technology, traffic, offer, messaging, copy, or conversion problem—and bring the right people together to improve it.

Campaigns get properly closed out when they’re finished.

And every campaign makes the next one easier because we’re documenting what worked, what didn’t, what broke, what converted, and what needs to improve.

Most importantly:

The Director of Brand & Growth does not have to spend their time chasing execution or being the only person in the room capable of diagnosing what isn’t working.

Once the strategy is set, they can trust you to drive the campaign across the finish line—and bring an informed marketing perspective to what happens next.

Why TWP

We’re building the next stage of The Wealthy Practitioner, and that means building the marketing infrastructure capable of supporting much bigger growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll maintain the same three campaigns someone built five years ago.

You’ll work across launches, masterclasses, challenges, events, evergreen funnels, promotions, and new initiatives as we continue to grow.

There will be complexity.

There will be moving pieces.

There will occasionally be a lot happening at once.

But you’ll also have the opportunity to build the campaign operating system, improve how we market, and leave every campaign better than you found it.

We’re looking for someone who loves turning:

“Here’s what we want to do.”

into:

“It’s built, tested, and ready to go.”

And then, once it’s live:

“Here’s what’s happening, here’s where I think the opportunity is, and here’s what we should improve.”

If that’s how your brain works—

we want to hear from you.
