Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Serve as the marketing engine responsible for end-to-end funnel strategy, campaign execution, and performance numbers
The Wealthy Practitioner | Remote | $90,000–$110,000
You’ve built the campaigns. You’ve run the launches. You’ve proven you can execute inside a big brand machine and you’re GOOD at it. But you’re ready for something more than being the person who implements someone else’s strategy and calls it done. You’re ready to own the outcomes, not just the deliverables. This is that role.
Who We Are
The Wealthy Practitioner exists for one reason: to help health and wellness practitioners stop trading time for money and start building businesses that give them freedom, income, and impact without burning out or selling out.
We’re in active growth mode. That means urgency, decisions, and successful results — not committee approvals and quarterly planning cycles. Our clients are practitioners who’ve bet on themselves, and we match that energy every single day. The work we do changes what’s financially possible for the people we serve. That mission isn’t a tagline. It drives every funnel, every email, every launch.
We’re building a high-performance team that thinks strategically and executes with precision.
What You'll Own
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a “support the marketing team” role. You are the marketing engine — responsible for the strategy, the execution, and the numbers.
Funnel Strategy & Optimization
You’ll own our end-to-end funnel architecture — from cold traffic to closed sale. You understand where leads drop off, why they convert, and what a high-performing funnel feels like from the inside. You build with intention and optimize with data, not hunches.
Email Marketing & Automation
You’ll own our email ecosystem inside GoHighLevel — welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, launch sequences, re-engagement flows, and everything in between. You understand that email is not just a broadcast tool. It’s a relationship-builder, a revenue driver, and a trust asset. You’ll treat it that way.
Launch Strategy & Campaign Execution
You’ll lead the marketing strategy for every program, course, and offer launch — from pre-launch runway to post-launch debrief. You understand open cart mechanics, deadline psychology, and how to build momentum that converts. You’ve done this before. You know what separates a $200K launch from a $2M one.
Cross-Channel Campaign Management
You’ll develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, organic social, and paid channels — with a clear through-line in messaging and a unified conversion strategy. You’ll keep the brand voice consistent while adapting for platform and audience context.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
You’ll track what matters, report with clarity, and make recommendations that move the business. Vanity metrics don’t interest you. You focus on CAC, conversion rates, email open and click performance, funnel drop-off, and revenue attribution. You bring the numbers to every strategic conversation.
Brand & Messaging Consistency
You’ll be the voice guardian — ensuring that everything we put out sounds like us and speaks directly to our audience. You understand what health and wellness practitioners care about, fear, and aspire to, and you translate that insight into copy, campaigns, and positioning that resonates.
Who You Are
You are someone who gets restless when you’re only executing. Strategy is where you live — and then you go build the thing yourself. You’re not waiting for a creative brief or a six-week approval cycle. You’re moving.
You are someone who:
- Has 4–7+ years of marketing experience, with significant time spent in the online coaching, personal development, or high-ticket digital products space
- Has worked at or closely with a recognized coaching brand (Tony Robbins, Amy Porterfield, Mel Robbins, GaryVee, or a comparable name) — and you understand what it takes to market at that level
- Is a GoHighLevel power user — this is non-negotiable. You know GHL deeply: pipelines, workflows, email sequences, forms, calendars, and automation. If you’ve never used it, this is not the role for you
- Has built and executed launch strategies for online programs or courses, including email sequences, countdown campaigns, and post-launch analytics
- Thinks in funnels — you can look at a marketing sequence and immediately see where the friction is and what the fix is
- Has a data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on performance data, not opinions, and you know which metrics actually matter
- Has strong copywriting instincts (you don’t have to write everything, but you know good copy from mediocre copy — and you can write when you need to)
- Has experience managing paid media campaigns or a working knowledge of performance advertising strategy
- Can lead without authority — you know how to align designers, copywriters, and contractors around a shared marketing vision
- Thrives in a fast-moving, outcomes-focused environment where done-and-optimized beats perfect-and-late
This role is NOT for you if:
- You need heavy structure and long approval chains to do your best work
- You think of marketing as a support function rather than a growth engine
- You’ve never worked inside the coaching or online course industry
- GoHighLevel is something you’ve “heard of” but never actually used
- You want to execute someone else’s vision without having your own strategic fingerprints on the outcomes
Why This Role. Why Now. Why The Wealthy Practitioner.
Here’s the honest case for why a high performer should leave a comfortable seat somewhere else to come here.
You’ll have real ownership. Not “ownership” in the sense of being responsible when things go wrong. Ownership in the sense that your strategic decisions drive what we build, how we launch, and how we grow. If you have an idea, you’ll have the authority to test it.
You’ll work directly with leadership. This is not a role where you’re three layers removed from the person driving the company’s vision. You’ll be in the room — on strategy calls, in launch planning, in creative reviews. Your voice matters from day one.
The mission is real. Health and wellness practitioners are some of the most underserved entrepreneurs in the market. They’re brilliant at what they do and they’re exhausted from trying to figure out how to build a business around it. We help them solve that. If you care about who you’re marketing for, this matters.
The timing is right. We’re in a growth phase — which means the decisions made in the next 12–18 months will define the trajectory of the company. The person in this role will have shaped that. That’s the kind of career moment that’s worth trading comfort for.
You’ll be surrounded by people who operate at your level. No carrying the team. No explaining why results matter. A culture that moves fast, holds a high bar, and actually has fun doing the work.

If you’ve read this and something clicked — if you recognized yourself in the “Who You Are” section and thought this is exactly what I’ve been looking for — we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a specific person. Not a generalist who can do marketing. Someone who has lived in this world, who knows GoHighLevel inside and out, who has been behind the curtain of a successful coaching brand, and who is ready to own the marketing function of a company on the move.
