We have 10,000+ leads. Proven offers. An audience that buys. And no dedicated Sales function.
That’s the opportunity.
The Wealthy Practitioner has built significant demand without a traditional sales organization.
We have a database of more than 10,000 leads. A strong organic brand. Active marketing campaigns. Proven high-ticket offers. And a community of practitioners who already know, follow, and trust us.
What we don’t have is someone waking up every morning obsessed with turning that opportunity into revenue.
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to change that.
This is not a role where you’re walking into an empty pipeline and being told to “go sell.”
There are people already in our world who need follow-up. Leads who raised their hands but never had the right conversation. Past opportunities that were never systematically re-engaged. New leads entering through our campaigns. And a sales infrastructure that is ready to be built by someone who knows exactly what good looks like.
If you look at that and immediately start thinking about pipeline stages, reactivation campaigns, follow-up cadence, close rates, and how much revenue is sitting untouched in that database — keep reading.
What You're Walking Into
TWP is at an inflection point.
Historically, sales have been driven by our coaches, leadership team, launches, events, and the strength of our brand.
It worked.
But we’ve grown to the point where Sales needs to become its own function.
You’ll be the person who builds it.
Initially, you’ll be a builder + producer. You’ll personally work qualified opportunities, have sales conversations, follow up relentlessly, reactivate existing leads, and close business.
At the same time, you’ll build the infrastructure behind you.
GoHighLevel. Pipeline management. Follow-up systems. Sales processes. Scripts. Reporting. Accountability.
And as the function grows, you’ll help build and lead the team around it.
What You'll Own
You’ll own the health and performance of the Sales function — not just the calls on your calendar.
That means personally managing and closing qualified opportunities, creating a systematic approach to our existing 10,000+ lead database, and ensuring that no qualified opportunity disappears because nobody followed up.
You’ll build and manage our sales pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL), establish clear stages and follow-up standards, and create visibility into exactly what’s happening across the pipeline.
You’ll develop the sales processes, scripts, objection-handling frameworks, SOPs, nurture strategies, and accountability systems required to make revenue increasingly predictable.
You’ll also become an important source of intelligence for the rest of the company. We want to know what prospects are saying, why we’re winning, why we’re losing, what objections keep coming up, where leads are getting stuck, and what Sales is learning that should influence our marketing, offers, and client experience.
As volume grows, you’ll help determine when we need additional setters and closers, help hire them, train them, coach them, and hold them accountable to the standard you helped build.
The Person We're Looking For
You’re a salesperson first.
You know how to build rapport quickly, ask great questions, uncover what’s actually preventing someone from making a decision, handle objections without becoming pushy, and confidently ask for the sale.
But you’re also a builder.
A messy pipeline bothers you.
A lead without a next action bothers you.
“We should probably follow up with those people” really bothers you.
You don’t need someone to hand you a perfect sales playbook because you’ve helped create one before.
You’re comfortable getting into the weeds, doing the selling yourself, figuring out what works, documenting it, improving it, and eventually teaching someone else how to do it.
And numbers don’t scare you. You want to know your close rate. You want to know where deals are dying. You want to know which lead sources convert. You want to know what your pipeline is worth.
Because you understand that great sales organizations aren’t built on vibes.
You Should Probably Apply If...
You have demonstrated success selling high-ticket coaching, consulting, education, services, or a comparable offer.
You’ve personally managed opportunities from initial conversation through close and have experience selling offers at or around the $20K+ level.
You’ve built, improved, or materially contributed to a sales process rather than simply being handed leads and a script.
You understand CRM-based pipeline management and are disciplined about notes, stages, next actions, and follow-up.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is strongly preferred. If you haven’t used GHL specifically, you should be highly proficient in another sales CRM and confident you can become productive in GHL quickly.
You know how to sell across more than one channel — calls, SMS, email, DMs, and ongoing nurture.
And you want ownership.
Not just a calendar full of calls.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re winning when qualified leads don’t sit untouched.
Our existing database is being systematically worked and reactivated.
GoHighLevel reflects what’s actually happening in the pipeline.
Leadership can see where revenue is coming from, what’s likely to close, where opportunities are getting stuck, and why we’re winning or losing deals.
Sales processes are documented and repeatable.
Revenue is growing.
And eventually, the coaches who helped build this company no longer need to carry Sales as a permanent part of their role.
Why This Role Is Different
We’re not hiring someone to maintain a sales machine someone else built.
We’re hiring the person who gets to build the machine.
You’ll have access to an established audience, thousands of existing leads, proven high-ticket offers, active marketing, and leadership that is ready to build a serious Sales function around the opportunity already in front of us.
There is a lot to build.
There is also a lot to sell.
If you’re looking at 10,000+ existing leads and thinking “give me the CRM” — we want to hear from you.
