Director of Operations
- Full-time
Own company operations end to end while ensuring a smooth, high-quality client experience. Build systems, drive execution, and keep both internal teams and client delivery running cleanly as the company scales.
Customer Success Manager
- Full-Time
Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through completion. Partner with coaches to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience while identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and client outcomes.
Executive Assistant
- Part-time
Support the visionary + integrator personally and professionally. Manage priorities, personal logistics, and in office execution so the visionary + integrator can stay focused on high leverage work.
